Sabrina's room

This quiet, tucked-away townhouse (2 floors) is conveniently situated in East Vancouver with easy access to public transit (bus and sky train), groceries, and some of the best coffee in the city. The home has attention to detail and design esthetic, is SUPER clean/tidy but still lived in and cozy. All utilities and internet are included as well as your own bathroom. I am looking for a student or someone for a short-term rental who is super quiet, clean, and respectful.

I am a self-employed mother to one magical 8-year-old (who lives with me 50% of the time) and a super-friendly goldendoodle named Nala. We are a peaceful household (except when someone comes to the door and Nala feels a need to protect us).
