Female only I want to sublet my room in a four bedroom house. The landlord and one other female live there. It’s a furnished room with a double closet. The living room and kitchen are downstairs. The bathroom will only be shared with the other female tenant. There will be cleaners coming to clean the house every two weeks. 20 minutes to Algonquin college on foot and 10 minutes by bus. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. The rent includes all utilities also internet. There is the option of renewing the lease. No parties allowed in the house and no overnight stays.
