-large private room with mountain view through windows, with closet

-fully furnished with queen sized bed, desk and chair

-super convenient area, only 5 minutes walk to Metrotown and 10 minutes walk to skytrain

-shared bathroom, kitchen and living room area with one other roommate

-laundry room shared with entire house

***The breaker is located in this room, on the rare occasion the electricity goes out and needs to be rebooted, we may need to ask you to let us into the room to restart it.

Roommate is an international male student who is 27 years old. Does not cook often. Enjoys gaming.
