Non smoking/no drugs, quiet female only and prefer if they are 50+ and working. Shared bathroom and powder room. You will have access to the kitchen and basement TV area and laundry. Close to bus routes and stores. Parking available on driveway. Includes gas, hydro, water and internet/TV. Must like my dog.
