Alba's room

Lease Transfer ( until October; can be extended) for entry the 1 March in a Pet-Friendly Apartment with balcony and very bright rooms. The apartment has 2 bedrooms and 1-1/2 bathrooms, air conditioning and electric heating. Economic condominium (low energy consumption). Curtains will be left in all rooms and synthetic grass on the balcony. Unfurnished but I’ll be also selling the bed and other stuff! So whoever comes we could negotiate that!

I’m 25 years old, working full time 3 days in office and 2 from home. I’m looking for a female preferably around the same age also working full time. Also would love to find someone to become friends with and spend time together sometimes but like my alone time as well :) I am a very neat and clean person, so also looking for someone who cleans up after themselves and doesn’t mind taking turns doing some weekly cleaning of common spaces. Must like dogs cause I have a golden doodle puppy that’s almost fully house trained and loves people. She’s hypoallergenic and sleeps most of the day so isn’t disruptive and loud.
