Location: 3/4 block off portage ave with bus stops at end of street. Bus on portage takes you downtown to U of W or Red River College in under 10 minutes and to Polo Park in about the same time.

Food Fair, Shoppers Drug Mart, Subway, Tim Horton, Polo Park, other groceries, bakeries, lots of restaurants and clothing stores all within minutes in either direction away from house.

• Bedroom includes bed, desk, chair, lamp, closet, rug and blinds. Options to bring in your own if needed we can discuss.
• Full kitchen with plates, cups, mugs, utensils and pots and pans. Shared fridge, stove and dishwasher

Rent is $590 in bedroom with bed, desk, closet and lamp and will also give you a furnished living room, kitchen, bathroom and second sitting area to share, utilities and wifi. House has private entrance and owner has own suite downstairs so this whole upstairs is your own space to share with the other roommate.

Shared responsibility for keeping house clean and tidy, like clean what you use, kitchen and bathroom, for exterior like snow removal we all share as it is common space. Tools provided. Lot is very small so these take about 10 min as there is a no maintenance backyard and patio and everyone does there part so it isn’t every time. First pic shows all the grass/yard. Looking for someone with a similar outlook on life, respectful, eco-friendly, non-party lifestyle, low key, enjoys an easy going lifestyle and open. A willingness to live in a good clean environment as it is a shared residence with another working professional. He is quiet and spends most of the time in his bedroom while going to school full time and never has people over.

Looking for one person, non-smoking, student, or working professional. Owner is into writing, creative projects, travel, learning about cultures, art, healthy living and wellness. Friday nights are usually quiet with Netflix.
