Cozy split level with a great view of the neighbourhood. The area has tons of students, but is pretty quiet, and near Quinpool (grocery store, restaurants, etc) and Dalhousie campus.

Three young professionals (two guys, one girl) working downtown, one room shared by a couple. Often out during the day, but usually watching tv or playing games in their rooms at night. Chill and friendly.
