About the room
Looking for someone to do a lease takeover. Flexible with move in, but would prefer March 3, 2024. Lease ends August 3rd, 2024. If you are looking to extend another year that would be up to you and the landlord.
About the unit: You will have the bigger bedroom, corner unit, access to the balcony, huge closet (3x the size of a regular one), ensuite washer/dryer, shared bathroom with tub, shared den, renovated apartment and well maintained.
Rules: No smoking and no pets. Landlord would provide the lease agreement with all rules. Last three months would need to be paid for upfront (May, June, July), depending on move in date, March 3rd would also need to be paid. These were my lease agreements as I paid first and last three months of the lease.
About the roomies
You will be living with one other female roommate, age 20. She is very kind and clean and quiet. I have had zero issues since living with her. Im personally moving out because of financial reasons so my roommate has been kind enough to agree to do a lease takeover.
