West King Edward Avenue

Looking for a new housemate to take a spare room in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom basement apartment in Dunbar. Available from Feb 1st. The property is located just off King Edward and Blenheim street. The area is quite and residential. Close to the 7, 25 and 2 bus routes so very easy for getting to Downtown, Kitsilano etc. The ideal person would be a working professional in their late 20s to early 30s. Male or female, I don’t mind but no couples please.
