We also have a home gym with treadmill, free weights, TRX and kettlebells. Private backyard with gas BBQ. Access for some storage. Home has central AC and tankless hot water. High speed internet and all utilities included.
Close to Thunderbird Village, IGA, The Keg, Starbucks, movie theatre, bus route, Carvolth Bus Exchange (direct to Sky Train), Gym, Pool, and walking/bike trails.
About the roomies
We are a family who loves to cook, including various vegetarian meals. We enjoy movies, reading, puzzles, coffee, walks in nature, and biking (mtb & gravel). We have a dog named Spike who is a 12 year old Border Collie & Blue Heeler mix. He loves treats, short walks and playing fetch in the park beside our home.
