Walden Circle

The apartment is spacious, furnished. I have a treadmill and weights and spin bike. Good view of the city, lots of light. IPTV, internet, heating, air conditioning, parking, gym, utilities included. Walking distance to all shopping, churches, community centre, parks, transit, Clarkson Go right next door. We also have full access to a gym, pool, tennis courts, library, lots of nice walking trails. I live very clean and do not like clutter. The beds in the room for rent can be removed or one can be removed if you prefer.

I work on site and at home. If I am home keep busy and can be quiet. I enjoy living in a quiet space without too much commotion that is clean. You are welcome to use my dishes, cutlery, glasses. Female roommate prefered please.
