Hello, I am the owner of this townhouse, and am looking to rent out the ground floor bedroom in my townhouse to a responsible male (28-35).

This house has undergone almost an entire renovation recently excluding the kitchen and select elements in the bathrooms. The ground floor bedroom is the only bedroom situated on the ground floor. The accompanying full bathroom is right beside the bedroom. All other bedrooms and bathrooms are on the third floor which gives the room plenty of privacy.

The location is quite central, being situated right beside the North Willoughby shopping center with easy access to Highway #1 and Trinity Western University.

What is included. Wi-Fi, and Utilities. $1000/month. 100 sqft bedroom and private bathroom.
