My roommate unfortunately had to move out of this beautiful basement suite and she is looking for someone to take on the remainder of her 1-year lease starting in February 2024. This suite has 2 bed & 2 bathrooms (1 shower), includes in-suite laundry, dishwasher, new fridge, lots of freezer space, extra storage and is an open and bright basement suite located in the Fairfield area. The suite also includes a little outside area with a garden. This home is only a 15 min bus ride to UVIC, 20 min walk to downtown and 15min walk to Dallas Rd. Rent is $1150 + utilities & wifi. The damage deposit is $575.
