The Space: Our place is decked out with three main bedrooms, each your own little sanctuary of comfort, plus a quirky spare room with a single bed for when friends crash or you just want a cozy corner to unwind.

The living room is where it’s at – a laid-back space with comfy seating, surrounded by funky artwork that adds a splash of personality to the place. Whether you’re into old-school beats or the latest hits, our big stereo system and vinyl player are here to set the mood, with an array of records to spin as you chill or chat. The room’s got a relaxed vibe, with plants that keep it fresh and green.

Cooking’s no fuss in our updated kitchen, featuring chopping block counters and all the gear you need. There’s a dining table for sit-down meals and an island for grab-and-go snacks or a lazy morning coffee.

Step out to the private deck to catch some rays, fire up a BBQ, or just hang out. Got extra stuff? Stash it in the outdoor storage shed. And don’t sweat the parking – we’ve got a two-car driveway that makes life easy.

We’re two laid-back dudes (born in ‘03 and ‘04) on the lookout for a new housemate as our third musketeer is taking off on a new adventure. We’re all about keeping a relaxed and friendly vibe at our place and are hoping to find someone who’s on the same wavelength.

About Us & The Crib:

Me (‘04): I’m a jack-of-all-digital-trades, balancing my life between freelance digital marketing and data analysis. Currently on a gap semester from Carleton, but you can also find me rocking the kitchen as a line cook. My Buddy (‘03): A budding barber with mad skills and also a fellow culinary warrior in the kitchen. Our home is our chill sanctuary. We love kicking back, listening to some tunes on our big stereo, and yes, we’re 420 friendly (occasional spliff lighting is our jam). What We’re Looking For:

A chill, social, and neat housemate who’s up for sharing a laugh, a meal, or a jam session. Someone who’s cool with sharing the household chores (we’re talking cooking, cleaning – the whole shebang). We take pride in keeping our space organized and tidy and vibe best with those who do the same. Location: Hull, Quebec. 15 minute walk / 4 minute drive to byward market/parliament.

Rent & Utilities: a third of our rent comes out to 755 (including wifi). Utilities are seperate and are split evenly amoungst the three of us

Room Specs: The room is a generous size and has a nice big muphy bed which you can either use as a bed or as a nice backdrop along with a standard bedframe. it ahs room for a desk along with a queen bed (or the murphy) and plenty of closet space. It islocated upstairs alongside one of our rooms, the spare bedroom and a bathroom which will be shared with one other.
