I am preferably looking for one student or a worker individual. One person only. NON SMOKER, quiet and drug free, Non a heavy drinker, who present herself/himself in a respectful way.

This is an small but functional space all in one room, with open concept kitchenette fully loaded with pot, pans and utensils, Including mini fridge, stove and microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, dining foldable table, fireplace, large TV, Queen bed, bathroom with shower. All very clean, nice and cozy. 1 parking available No pets, pls don’t ask. No laundry on site, (coin laundry nearby) You have private entrance

I will require:

• First and last month of rent
• Work references or school references
• Previous landlord references and proof of income. I accept short term rental.
