You’re getting the primary bedroom in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 level apartment just off Quinpool Road, right next to the atlantic superstore supermarket.

You get your own walk in closet separate to bedroom, in addition to in-room closet. Option to create a WFH area as layout is quite flexible . There’s only one full bathroom, but there’s also a second toilet downstairs.

Bedroom furniture/bedding can be included or BYO. Bills included within reason.

No parking onsite available (my car has already taken the spot) but people rent out their spots or free parking on street nearby may be available.

Washer/dryer in unit. Balcony. Overlooking parkland and dog park nearby. The apartment is an older style so it has quirks, but also charm and space.

Room is good for one person or a couple (extra $100 a month), but sorry no twin share (friends, siblings, etc).

Hello! I’m Meg, I’m 41, from Australia but living here now with my small dog. I have just moved into this apartment so still getting things in order but it’s time to rent out the other room :)

I’m working down at the port, usually work from office but occasional WFH and Monday evenings due to weird hours. I like music, the occasional beer, getting back into cooking, and am hoping to acquire a large amount of indoor plants.

I’m not a smoker, prefer same of you. Social smoker/cannabis fine (not in apartment) but no regular users as I’m sensitive to the smell.

I will make sure you get a space for yourself, especially if you WFH, and you get a say in the arrangements if you want. I’m happy to have a roommate that is social and enjoys the space, not just quiet in their bedroom. If you love dogs, even better because my dog loves you :)
