It’s near the universities (SMU and Dal), there is a school right across, near downtown, near the mall , near bridge so you’re not far from Dartmouth and the big stores like Home Depot and IKEA
It feels like a middle location. It has 3 different bus routes around it and parking too.
It’s got a really nice view of the water, bridge,Citadel Hill and the city from the living room to the bedrooms. It’s also quiet and the neighbours are friendly.
