I need to move back home sooner than expected so I was hoping to find someone to take over my sublet February 1st or March 1st. I was only subletting until the end of April but you could extend it as long as you needed (rent is month to month after April but my roommate prefers to find someone that could stay at least until the end of August).

You would be living with one other person. He’s in his 30s, laid back, works at TMU and is completing his masters in Community Development at U of T.
