The room is currently set up with 3 new single beds with new bedding. There are also 2 portable dividers that can be placed between the beds if you need. Room also has a desk area and small mini fridge. Room has a master bathroom with glass enclosed shower, walk in closet, seating area and sliding doors to your own private balcony. Master bedroom occupies entire 2nd floor. Laundry is also right outside your room door. Gourmet kitchen is shared. Living dining area is shared. Home is less than 1 year old and in a great safe neighborhood close to TTC and shopping within walking distance. Internet is included. As of March 1 the utilities will all be shared amongst all the tenants living in the home. No parking is available but there is visitor parking.
