Private room available with walk in closet, unfurnished. Backyard space & enclosure, large windows, separate entrance for convenience & a brand new laundry on site (done once a week on evenings). Shared common area with clean, chill, respectful roomies. Feb 1st, month to month basis. Perfect for single student or someone looking to carpool to Honda/SPS every day for work. 5-10 min from Georgian College, & a minute from the bus stop (Duckworth & Grove). Johnson’s Beach is walking distance. No smoking, due to main floor occupancy; however enclosure and outdoor space to hang out is available. No pets unfortunately either. Let’s face it, everyone writes all the fluff stuff in these boxes “clean, quiet & kind” sort of stuff. In reality, we work like dogs, & like adults clean up after ourselves out of respect for everyone who uses the space. One roomie lives in the basement & two on the main floor. Basement roomie is on shift work, as is one on the main floor, but in opposite rotating shifts, so if needed, carpool arrangements can be made. We play video games & watch movies during our free time; we aren’t stuffy with noise as long as it’s during appropriate times or warned in advance. We are down to earth & outgoing, we appreciate & encourage communication. We just hope you can respect our house rules & the people living here as we’d hope you’d want the same. If one of us cooks we don’t mind giving leftovers or a giving. We want everyone to feel comfortable in their home - just want to be respected and have common courtesy with how they treat their space & hold themselves accountable when it comes to their messes, chores & such.
