Hi, I live in a 2-bedroom apartment close to Southgate transit centre. I am looking for a roommate for one of the private rooms in my apartment. The rent will be $700 per month and it includes all the utilities, parking and bed for the room. The damage deposit is $500, $250 to be paid when you sign the lease and $250 when you move in. The place is available anytime starting 1st March.

The place is very close to Southgate Transit and South Campus Transit and has a direct bus to various locations including West Edmonton mall, Leger Transit Centre, and Meadows Transit Centre. The walk to the bus stop is about 3 minutes. There are multiple grocery stores nearby such as no-frills, superstore, and Safeway.

My name is Mahi, I have been living in this apartment for about 1.5 years. I love this apartment because it is quite spacious, the outside views are quite beautiful during all seasons and it offers a quiet and safe environment. I am a full-time worker and my hobbies include cooking, watching movies, listening to music, gardening, etc.

I am looking for someone responsible - will pay rent on time, keep the common areas clean, and someone respectful and kind.
