Lovely room available in a 4 bedroom house located in Tuscany Village. The house is a 15 minute walk to UVic and right beside major bus route including the 27/28/26/12/39. There is a grocery store, bank, subway, mucho burrito, gas station and more right beside the house! The room comes furnished and has free streets parking! Wifi included as well :)

You’ll be living with 3 other very nice girls all in university and all 20 years old. They are taking biology and psychology and love hanging out and having movie nights, cooking dinner together or going out together! Everyone at the house is super responsible and clean and the house itself is in a really quiet area
