1 bedroom master suite with an ensuite. $1200.00/month includes laundry (not after 8pm due to the downstairs tenants). Shared utilities Shaw cable internet, fortis, etc. 3 blocks from save on foods, independent grocer, walk-in clinic,1 minute walk to the bus stop, quiet neighborhood. I need roommates with no drama, partying, late nights etc as I’m up for work at 5am every morning Monday to Friday. Mature and responsible adults is what I’m looking for. I have 2 cats ( if allergic to cats then this might not work out for you). I’m very personable, easy going and I need my quiet time after work.

I’m currently living alone and need 3 other roomies. The other 2 bedrooms are an average size and rent will be negotiable.
