Its a 2 bedroom luxury apartment on 5th floor. One room is available for just a female. Separate washroom will be provided. $800 rent includes all the utilities.

Grocery store and pizza store is just downstairs. Bus stop is also just down the building. Recreational centre is also just across the street

I am a full time working female, barely stays home due to busy schedule……. I am easy going but can’t compromise with cleaning.
