I am looking for only one female roommate for my 2 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor . One of the private bedroom is available from 1st February.

1. Very much transit friendly as it is at 2 minute walking distance from Stadium bus & LRT station , from where buses are available for south and north. Also 9 minutes bus ride (101 bus) to Concordia University of Edmonton .

2. Utilities like heat and water are included.

3. A kitchen and washroom are shared with flatmates. A huge living room is also available for utilization.

4. This apartment is shared with 1 more female peaceful international housemate.

5. Lot of work opportunities available nearby as it is closer to downtown in a safer neighbourhood.

6. Accessible for UoA, NAIT, Norquest College , MacEven University and Concordia university.

7. Convenient stores and restaurants are really close.

8. Coin laundry is on the same floor as well.
