Looking for a young professional/grad student to occupy the second room of my apartment. You would enter a month-to-month agreement with me and not be part of the lease with the owner. Rent is 1450 ALL inclusive (parking is 100 extra). I’m under rent control, so your increases would happen after 12 months and by the same regulated percentage. Proof of income and credit score/reference letters are a must. Open to medium or longer term.

The unit is fully furnished and has 2 bathrooms -you’d have your own. Amenities and features: gym, locker, rec room, patio with bbq, balcony, AC/heating, in-unit washer/dryer. 3 mins from Davisville subway.

A good fit is key, and I am looking for someone organized, easy going, respectful of privacy and focused on career and life projects -I am all of those as well. My priority is to find a good fit, so I’ll be very curious to know about you, habits, and co-living expectations.

I am 30, man, professional in finance. I’ve been in the city for over 7 years and am career oriented. I work from home twice a week and want to maintain a quiet and organized space for this.
