Shared kitchen, living room and bathroom (toilet and shower room are separate). On site washer and dryer. Free street parking. Storage space for bikes and skis/snowboards.

Rent: $1400 single occupancy, $1700 double occupancy with all utilities and WiFi included. Couples welcome!

Lease: 2 month sublet til 1st April 2024, with the potential for long term rental if it’s a good fit!

Location: Amazing location, close to downs town and great access to the mountains. 5 minute walk to Commercial Drives for restaurants and cafes, and bus routes to downtown. 20 minutes walk to Skytrain Broadway station.

You’d be sharing the apartment with an English male and a Canadian male, both in their mid 20s and full-time working professionals. The apartment is social with the other levels in the townhouse, easy-going, enjoy music, board games and sharing meals occasionally. Everyone enjoys the outdoors and are keen hikers and skiers.
