We have invested lots of time and effort travelling all around town purchasing furniture to tastefully furnish the shared living spaces (and the best part is, all the work and $$ is already spent so you don’t have to worry about any of that, just move right in and enjoy~)

The front entrance is clean and efficient; kick your shoes off and store them in the hidden shoe rack that we built. The space then opens up to our gorgeous living room with tons of natural light thanks to the floor to ceiling windows. You’ll also notice our comfy L-shaped couch with rug, coffee table, TV, and plants EVERYWHERE! This is the perfect spot to just melt into after a long day at work or school with a good book or throw on a Netflix show and unwind.

Dinner time! Our kitchen has everything you need to whip up a delicious meal for yourself, confidently. Stainless steel appliances, a big sink/faucet and plenty of countertop space will make cooking feel exciting and fun again. Ever had to cook in a crammed tight space? Wasn’t it just so frustrating? You can forget all about that negativity here There’s enough space here to sing and dance while you stir fry veggies! P.S. We both love to cook so please share your recipes with us!

Your private room includes a huge window facing NW and also our big patio, where you can get fresh air and sunlight every morning. This space has enough room to accommodate everything you need; a twin bed, desk, and drawer for clothes. If you require more storage space, the apartment also offers storage lockers for a small fee! Outside your room, you will have access to the bathroom which is shared with one of us. Big mirrors, aesthetic lighting, and a big walk-in shower that just feels absolutely majestic to use!

Some other goodies included with the space (YES, there’s even more! AND it’s all included!) :

• Full size gym with squat racks, cardio equipment, weights, and cable machines! When you move in, you already save so much $$ on that gym membership that you can cancel!

• 25m pool with hot tub, sauna, and steam room. The best part is, it’s usually empty, so you get that resort/spa experience all to yourself!

• Full size in-suite washer and dryer combo. New, quiet, clean, fast. Nuff said.

You should also know that this space is located in the heart of Richmond (yes, an overused sentence, but just google the location…THIS AIN’T NO JOKE) –

A 10min walk from No. 3 Road and Lansdowne, where you have access to LITERALLY everything, Canada line (10min WALK away), two malls, grocery stores (5min walk to Superstore and T&T), and as you probably know about this location, this area is FAMOUS for it’s Asian cuisine scene. You won’t find Asian food that tastes this good for this cheap in the entire city of Vancouver!

We are two girls and a little corgi looking for a third roomie to share our bright and cozy BRAND NEW apartment in Richmond, BC with! The lease on the space is set to end in January 2025 – although our time in this wonderful space is short, we really put in tons of effort into turning it into a space worth calling home.
