This is a 2 bedroom apartment in the Parkdale neighborhood in Edmonton.
Apartment is spacious and great for students or working women. Room has a mattress with box spring. And has a closet and side table. Central heating and air conditioning. In-suite laundry. It is a short walk to the Stadium LRT station. Many stores like Save-on-Foods, Fresh Co, Shoppers Drug Mart, Subway, McDonald’s etc. are very close by. Other things like medical facilities, Commonwealth Stadium and Recreation Center are also easily accessible. One parking spot and utilities are included. Apartment is on the 2nd floor. Building has an elevator.
Security deposit will be equivalent to one month’s rent. Would require at least one reference.
No smokers or heavy drinkers. No pets either, sorry.

About the roomies
I am occupying the other bedroom in this apartment. I am in my mid 30s and mostly work from home and am quite, clean and respectful. I like watching movies and shows in the comedy genre.
