Two-bedroom apartment, one shared bathroom, galley kitchen, spacious living room, outdoor patio, lots of storage/closet space. Good neighbourhood, close to UVic Campus, near grocery store, and is next door to a bar if that sweetens the deal. Laundry is coin-operated.

I’m a male, third-year UVic studying English and Writing. I cook often and am quiet, occasionally bringing friends over, but never late at night. I’m respectful, keep to myself, and frequently study on campus. Totally 4/20 friendly but not inside.
