We have a furnished room on the first floor of a legal triplex. It is furnished with a twin size bed, bedside table, table, chair, bookcase, dresser, and a built-in closet.

Share a 3 -piece washroom with two other women. The kitchen on the first floor is equipped with fridge, range, range-hood, microwave etc.

We are located just South of Bloor between 2 subway stations: Christie and Ossington. 5 minutes will take you door-to-door to Ossington station. The University of Toronto is within walking/cycling distance. We are surrounded by parks, restaurants and 24-hour supermarkets.

The ideal occupant would be a clean and quiet grad student or working professional, capable of group living, considerate and respectful of others.

The rent of $880 includes unlimited high speed internet and all utilities. (heating, water and hydro)

Available March 1. Smoking indoors and pets cannot be accommodated.

We want a sanctuary from the city; a clean and quiet place to call home; and hope you do too. We all have different sleep schedules, but have agreed to maintain a rotating cleaning schedule, and quiet between 11pm-7am. Some of us have been here over five years, others about a year.
