Lily Howitt's room

The apartment is a unit in a town house, right in the center of Christie Pits/ Koreatown. It’s about a 4 minute walk from the Christie and Ossington subway stations and it’s a 25-30 minute walk to campus, 15 minutes biking, and 20 minutes to campus on TTC. The unit is shared with 3 other roommates. Wifi and electric are split between the roommates evenly, monthly and water is included in the rent. The room I’m renting out has a heating element inside, a window to our stairway/mudroom and doesn’t have any significant wear in terms of aesthetic. I actually just fixed my door, so it works and locks perfectly. We keep the router in this room too (so you get the best wifi)!

We are 4 University of Toronto Students, I myself am in 2nd year Human Biology, the other three boys are 2nd year chemistry, linguistics, and Math/CS majors. We’re all around 20 (18,19,20) and the three boys you’d be staying with are nice and easy to get along with, and most importantly, they respect routine and fairness when it comes to buying necessities, sharing spaces, etc. I am not from Canada, and so in the summers I go home to stay with my family, so my room would typically be open from May to July 31st (when lease ends), but I’ve recently entered a new lease for my next apartment, and can make it out of this one halfway through March (15th) if desired.
