John's room

A generously-sized private room, complete with a walk-in closet and a private en suite bathroom, will be available starting March 1, 2024. I am seeking a new roommate as the current one is relocating.

The apartment is spacious, and the living room/kitchen area is already furnished with TV, Kitchen island sofas etc.

The building boasts safety features and amenities such as a 24/7 concierge desk, a gym, sauna, pool, and a party room, among others. Trash and recycling are also included.

Please note that the room will be unfurnished, contrary to what is shown in the pictures.

1 other resident, Irish male in his early 30s. I work from home but I have an office in the apartment so hopefully won’t be in the way. In general I am conscientious and tidy but like to have fun as well.
