I am looking for a young professional female who will keep their room and the common areas clean.

Furnished Master bedroom for rent in a 2 bedroom +1 condo located near Richmond and Victoria. The room has a walk in closet and ensuite private washroom. 4 mins walk to eaton centre. The building is safe and has a concierge desk open 24/7, gym, and party room, etc.

Lease Terms Start Date: April 1st, 2024, month to month with 6month min. First and last will be required upon signing + key deposit. Aswell as a roommate agreement.

Require docs: Letter of Employment & Landlord reference.

Hydro is not included approx $30-$35 per person. The common areas are shared with me.
