A freshly painted private bedroom with brand new flooring throughout. A spacious living and dining area. Bright with lots of lighting windows. Space includes private bathroom with soaker tub and shower. Parking included. Just a 10 minute bus ride to downtown and 5 minute walk from Mohawk Park. Place includes utilities.

We would share a kitchen and laundry room. Everything else is private.

Clean, quiet, female, non smoker, non drinker. I work full-time during the day and on the weekends I’m often out visiting friends and family. In the summers I’m often busy outside in my garden. 2 cats also live with me but they will stay on my floor.
