The unit is within walking distance to several grocery stores (No Frills (closest), Whole Foods, Safe-On-Foods) and West Broadway (offices/shopping/restaurants/more bus routes); it is about a 15-minute bus ride away to downtown and 30-min bus ride to UBC (84 comes 2 mins walk away and 4 and 14 are both 5 mins walk away). The closest SkyTrain station is Olympic Village.
