Ashley's room

My partner, Ryan and I are looking to rent a room in our detached house in Stoney Creek. The house is in a great quiet area and is a 7 minute drive to Mohawk college Stoney Creek campus and walking distance to downtown old Stoney Creek. There is one parking spot available for the renter and plenty of road parking. You would have access to the large backyard and hot tub. You would have your own bathroom with standup shower. The room can come furnished with a bed, desk and dresser. There is storage available for bikes etc.

Ryan and I are young working professionals. We are friendly and easy going. We like to keep the place clean and enjoy our quiet evenings. We do have a cat however she is very shy and skittish. We enjoy hiking and many outdoor activities. The house in walking distance to the Bruce Trail.
