Looking for a roommate for a 2-bedroom basement located near Wharncliffe and Commissioners. 93 bus right outside door. Laundry is in-unit, shared with upstairs tenants as well. Landlord lives upstairs.

Must be cat-friendly, as I have one.

The room has an en-suite powder room, the shared bathroom has the shower.

Utilities not included, Wifi is included, bi-weekly cleaning service.

I’m a non-binary 30 y/o writer, I suffer from chronic migraines so I occasionally need quiet, and I’m away from home sometimes for jobs. I’m sociable, but also quiet and private.

I bring a lot of furniture with me; couch, bookshelf, wall unit, etc. Room is unfurnished.
