It’s a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 3-story house with an unfinished basement and your (unfurnished) room is located upstairs next to a shared bathroom. Shared spaces include the kitchen, both washrooms and the living room. It’s currently in the process of minor updates and pictures can be shared upon request.

The house is located in a quiet suburb and it’s a 15 minute walk to NSCC Akerley Campus. It’s a 5 minute drive to downtown Dartmouth or Shubie Park.

Hi, I’m Simon! I’m a 33-year-old male, work in sport and enjoy spending my days outdoors. I have a 3-year-old 30lb doodle, and her name is Cosmos. She is very gentle and loves other people. I work from home and am looking for a roommate for six to twelve months with the option to extend. The ideal roommate is a young working professional or a student who has access to their own car, respects and helps maintain a tidy home.
