Avenue Beaconsfield

The home is located right off Sherbrooke, on a quiet residential street, in the heart of NDG. You are walking distance from everything you could need on Sherbrooke, and only two blocks away from Monkland, which has even more shops, coffee, bars, and restaurants. The apartment is a condo unit that is part of a triplex. It is a large, spacious unit with three bedrooms (one of which is an office).

You would have the entire place to yourself for the month of February, after which you would be living with one other person. My boyfriend and I live there, but I will be on the road traveling for work for most of the time in March - May. We are both in our 30’s and work in startups. We are in Montreal because my boyfriend’s startup received a grant, the opportunity to participate in a few accelerator programs, and do research with McGill University. We love food, nature, travel, adventure, and innovation. I’m from San Francisco and my boyfriend is from Chile. We are both very clean and organized and enjoy crafting a cozy, welcoming home.
