Shay's room

Looking for a quiet, mature woman to rent a large, clean, furnished room on the main floor of my mother’s home. The house is in a friendly, safe neighbourhood in the east end. Two-minute walk to bus and to YMCA. Grocery stores, bank, restaurants etc. nearby. Waterfront trail nearby.

I am writing for my mother and grandfather, both of whom will be the only two people living in the house, besides the person renting the room. The renter will share a bathroom and kitchen with my mother. My grandfather lives in a separate, self-contained unit of the house. Use of laundry is included. IMPORTANT! There is a 16-year-old pet bird (cockatiel) in the house. He can be very vocal at times. Only apply if you love animals and will have no problems living with a bird. Also, cigarette smoking is not permitted in the house.
