Enjoy experience Oakville, trails (one just behind rental property); near the core of Downtown Oakville. A full-size room is available, in a 2 bed, 1 bath basement unit (fully furnished). Up to 2 people are allowed to share the room. We prefer female tenants, as the other room is occupied by a girl. Includes car parking. Utilities will be split. Preferred working professionals, or students. Walking distance (1 km) to Food basics, pharmacy, restaurants, walk-in clinic/ pharmacy (strip mall). Approx 150 mts to Bus stop & easy access to GO bus/ train. Less than 3 km to Walmart, Supercenter, Uptown Core; Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. Less than 5 km to Sheridan College Trafalgar. Right next to highways and a short bus ride to Oakville GO station. Starting Mar 1st OR earlier.

The other room is occupied by a very nice and quiet girl, who is a student.
