Common spaces are fully furnished. All you need to bring is the furniture for your room!

Your bathroom will be shared with one other roommate, and she is very clean! There is shared laundry in unit.

Located in Toronto downtown core and easily accessible to many locations! • 2 minute walk to St. Michael’s Hospital • 4 minute walk to Eaton centre • 4 minute walk to Queen Station • 5 minute walk to TMU • 10 minute walk to George Brown • Close to many restaurants and stores!

Rent includes heat and water ($1275/month). Internet is $19.46/month per person. Hydro is split between the three roommates every month, and varies per month.

Roommates are two undergrad female students at TMU and we have a very chill cat. They are very social and friendly people, and would love to make a new friend!

The building has a gym, party room, rooftop with barbecues, small library/study space and even a movie theater. Building also has onsite management and security (is very safe).
