Bedroom also includes a walk-in closet big enough to be the size of a den in most places so storage will not be a concern. The 4-piece ensuite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and a jacuzzi. Apartment comes with laundry + Additional storage spaces + building gym + parking spot.

PRICE: $1,900/ month includes utilities except for internet (approx. 30/month). Unit rent is $3,800/month so rent will be split evenly. I also plan on renting out the parking spot, which will lower our combined rent.

RENT CONTROL: Rent increases for this unit are capped at the annual provincial guideline because this unit was lived in before November 15, 2018.

LOCATION: Extremely central at Wellington-University Ave intersection. Less than 5-minute walk to Union Station, Financial District, bars/restaurants and commercial gyms (GoodLife, F45, Fit4Less).

RELATIONSHIP TO UNIT: Current tenant, looking for someone to include on the lease as well. Looking for at least a 1-year commitment.

Hi! I’m Mahin and I’m in the search of a roommate to join my home as unfortunately my current roommate is leaving town to pursue other opportunities. I’m a very laid-back 27-year-old working in finance, who moved here from Vancouver about 4 months. I secured the unit in October so furnishing the common areas is still a work-in-progress (always down to team up to hunt for cheap thrifts).

I’m a respectful and easygoing individual who usually keeps to themselves, but I’m definitely up for socializing, hosting gatherings and movie nights! I’m still very much new to the city so I’m always looking to expanding my network of friends. I don’t drink nor do I smoke but I don’t mind if you partake in them (just prefer if smoking is done outside). My only request is that you’re tidy, considerate of our living space and are willing to share the responsibilities of the household.
