In Oakville, steps away from bus stop and GO station. Basement 1 BR with ensuite bathroom available. Can use the living area in the basement with TV. There is a desk and chair for work. Laundry is in the basement. Can make coffee, tea upstairs in shared kitchen upstairs and can heat up meals but no major cooking possible. Mainly can use microwave and coffee maker. Ideal for 2 students or professionals who don’t have big cooking needs.

Couple with two college kids. Fairly quiet. Friendly and will give the roomies privacy besides use of laundry on weekends (will need less than 5min of laundry use) so the roomies can enjoy the entire basement space besides the 1 private room and bathroom. Everything is furnished.
