About the room
The rent includes everything except wifi. BBQ on the balcony included. The building has a VERY decent gym, a pool, common areas ( pool table and a lounge where u can rent for free if u like having big gatherings) The neighborhood is quite classy. The bed you see I can leave it for you.
About the roomies
U will be living with Chris 25 years old that works fro the BNC, very clean and organized. I live in this brand new building for 2 years and now im moving out with my gf. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. You will be getting the master bee room with walking in closer. Located in Outremont facing UDEM university, a convenience store down the building(marché Oda) 4 min walk to Outremont metro station and 5 min to Acadie metro station. Pharma prix like 6 min Maxi around 15 min walk and many stores surrounded by the neighborhood.
