Welcome to our lovely home. We are located at Dufferin and St. Clair Avenue West. and its surrounding areas such as Corso Italia, Earlscourt and Northcliffe Village.
This is a great and vibrant location for working professionals and those wanting to experience living in near the city.
You will be surrounded by local restaurants, banks, supermarkets, coffee shops and much more. And they are all within walking distance.
This private room includes one queen size bed, dresser and closet for your clothing and belongings. There is a ensuite powder room. We also provide a work desk, work chair and table lamp. It is perfect and suitable for travelers and students.
Biweekly cleaning will be provided for all communal areas such as the bathroom, kitchen, dining and living areas.

This is a 3 bedroom house and we currently have two of the rooms rented out to 2 working adults (males).
