This is for a LEASE TAKEOVER for single room occupancy, in a two bedroom apartment. I am posting this on behalf of my roommate who is requesting a FEMALE roommate. I am the tenant that is moving out.

A deposit of $1,875 will need to be paid to me, in addition to your first month’s rent being paid to Daniel Evolv. This unit was rented through Ryna Building management (from the prior tenants) so a service fee of $43.50 is payable to them, every month. This is included in the listed rent price.

ABOUT THE BUILDING:

This apartment is located in the heart of the up-and-coming neighbourhood, Regent Park. Minutes away from shops, restaurants, and other amenities and easily accessible by streetcar and bus. Underground parking is available at an additional cost.

The building is relatively new, completed in 2018. It faces the soccer field and community centre. The building has a mixture of folks living here in ages and demographics; it comes with a gym, terrace, BBQ, party room, and other features.

ABOUT THE UNIT:

The unit is a shared two-bedroom with common living areas. You will be taking the master bedroom which has a large closet and ensuite. The room is large enough for a queen bed and other pieces of furniture and it has large windows that allow a lot of natural light in. If you are a WFH individual, this is perfect for you. The washroom comes with a large shower, his-and-her sinks, and an enormous amount of space.

A washer and dryer are also included in the unit. Utilities are separate -water, hydro, and internet. Currently, there is no cable/tv package.

The apartment comes with some furnishings, and I can leave pieces of my furniture, upon request, for a small fee.

I will be moving out and you will be sharing the unit with my current roommate.

She is in her mid-twenties and currently works from home. She is relatively quiet and clean but also likes to have a good time. Also, she has seen just about every TV show imaginable.
