Cobourg Street

Hello, this room is for rent starting possibly as early as March 1st, as I need to secure another room rental for myself first. It’s located at 60 Cobourg street right off of Rideau, right beside bus routes, and near the university of Ottawa, grocery stores, and the byward market. The lease is month to month, and you can choose to stay as long as you like. You need to find someone to take over your room if you decide to move out, as I am doing here. The rent varies depending on utility costs but is usually around $480 during the winter and is most likely a bit less during other seasons. Everybody contributes to paying the utilities. You will need to call Fido to transfer the internet account to yourself, which other roommates will pay their fair share of. I will give you the necessary information in order to do so. This is a 3 bedroom apartment with laundry on the premises. All are welcome to rent a room here. Get in touch with me to set up a viewing or for more information.
