LOOKING FOR 1 ROOMIE from MAY 1st to AUG 31st - This cozy semi-detached home is just a 2 min walk to Christie Pits park and 4 mins to Christie subway station. Located in the heart of Korea Town and right next to Little Italy, there is an endless amount of food options within a 10 minute walk. With so much green space (legitimately a stone’s throw away, Bickford Park is the backyard), this spot would be perfect for nature lovers. Total rent would be 1315.42$/month, all UTILS INCLUDED (except wifi) starting on May 1st 2024.

There is a garage with 1 space for parking (which can be discussed), some free parking adjacent to Bickford Park, or 25$/day for street parking. There are also 3 non bedrooms available for storage/communal space. Each room is private, and there’s a washroom on both floors. The kitchen is fairly small and has no dishwasher, so please be clean and tidy up after yourself. There is a washing machine, but no drier (I use a clothes racks to dry), but there are a few laundromat options nearby if that’s an issue. The only shower is upstairs, the downstairs washroom contains a washer, sink, and a toilet.

About Me: Hello! We are 2 roomies (a 23yo male and a 22yo female) looking for 1 working professional to help occupy this semi-detached townhouse. I work full-time hybrid remote (3-4 days WFH) as a Software Developer. I am tidy, friendly, and am a hobbyist woodworker at a makerspace nearby. Always down for chats, grabbing food, or spending time in the park nearby :)
